I would like to invite you to join us for a tour of Croft Junior School. It will give you a great opportunity to see what we offer and get the answers to any questions you may have. Just come along (no booking necessary). If you would prefer, contact the office to make an appointment.

We hope that this page gives you all of the information about the admissions process and how you apply to join Croft Junior School, part of Warwickshire County Council.

Please feel free to share this information with any of your friends or family who may also be considering their options for next year or the years ahead.

Applying for a School Place at Croft Junior School?

Please read the information below which gives details of our admission arrangements for Croft Junior School.

Our pupils come from the local community and across Nuneaton. If you wish your child to attend Croft Junior School from age 7+ you will need to request a place through Warwickshire County Council.  You can do this online using the link below.

You will need to apply in plenty of time (stating Croft Junior School as your preferred choice). Applications are then allocated according to the Warwickshire County Council’s admissions policy and appeals procedure.

We have an open day during the autumn term for prospective parents and you will be shown around the school by some of our children. Parents/carers of the children who have been offered a place for September, will be invited to an informative meeting in June.

Use the links below for more information or to apply online.

Applications

To apply for a place at Croft Junior School, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Check when your child is due to start (see below).

  2. Read the Admissions Policy (click here). It is important to take note of the oversubscription criteria as you may have elements which give you priority over others should we receive more applicants than places.

  3. Complete the Council’s admissions form. Primary school admissions closed on 15 January 2024.

Any applications received after the closing date will be considered after all of those completed and submitted on time.
