HAF (Holiday Activity Food) Codes

The HAF programme is designed for school aged children in full time education, who receive benefits related free school meals. To claim your code please visit www.warwickshire.gov.uk/haf.

 

Holiday Clubs

Please look out for dates of our Sports and Activity Holiday clubs ran here at school by Mr Powers and other staff members. HAF Codes also accepted. To enquire and/or book please email Mr Powers at info@tkactiveltd.co.uk.

Family Information Service

Family Information Service (FIS) are a free information and signposting service for families with children and young people aged 0 – 25 and professionals working with families in Warwickshire.

They cover a wide range of family related topics such as childcare, mediation and contact, divorce and separation, finance, health, bullying, support groups and parenting support.

Support Agencies

  • Family Support Workers Family support workers are available across Warwickshire to listen, support and offer advice and guidance to families and professionals.
  • Child Bereavement UK Child Bereavement UK help children and young people (up to age 25), parents, and families, to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. They also provide training to professionals, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.
  • Macmillan Cancer Support Talking to children and teenagers about cancer can be challenging. Macmillan have some tips to help you through the conversation.
  • CAMHS resources his site was created for young people, carers and professionals to pool together lots of helpful resources from across the internet that are available to help support your mental health and well-being.
  • Dimensions Tool The Dimensions Tool is a web-based app that will help you to find well being support in the Coventry and Warwickshire area, that is specific to your needs, or someone else's needs.
  • Change 4 Life Change4Life help your families to be healthier and happier.
  • Warwickshire Local Welfare Scheme The Warwickshire Local Welfare Scheme helps our most vulnerable residents at times of unavoidable crisis when they have no other means of help. They can provide support for food and energy and can cover free school meals support during school holidays.
  • Nuneaton Foodbank Nuneaton Foodbank supports families reaching crisis point. School can provide families with foodbank vouchers through the voucher referral system.

Early Help

Early Help is the support we offer to potentially vulnerable children, young people and their families. 

The purpose of Early Help is to put in the right support at the right time so that problems are less likely to escalate to a point where the child becomes vulnerable or in need. Early Help is sustainable so that problems are less likely to re-occur. All children, young people and families in Warwickshire are entitled to receive Early Help. This means offering information, advice, guidance, and support to families as soon as a concern emerges, or seems likely to emerge.
